Booking Deposit / Platform Fee

The amount charged today reserves your appointment and is applied toward the total price of your service. It is not an additional charge. Any remaining balance is paid directly to the salon.

This payment is non-refundable if you cancel or do not attend. The salon may, at its discretion, allow it as credit toward a future service, but future credit is not guaranteed.

If the salon cancels or cannot provide the booked service, the amount will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
